The teaching staff of our private school

Edwin Gubler, founder and principal of BELLS-Privatschule, has a diverse educational background and many years of professional experience. He has experience as a teacher (and student) in both the public and private school systems. After technical training in aviation and preparation for the Swiss Matura, he studied science, humanities and education at the University of Geneva, specializing in "Didactics and Educational Practice".

Thanks to his many years of teaching experience in various schools and special schools, he has in-depth knowledge of a wide range of educational systems and of the Swiss education system in general.

With the foundation of BELLS-Privatschule, he offers educational services in the form of a day school with private tuition as well as remedial, language and additional courses. The aim is to provide children, young people and adults with a solid general education and personal development in a stimulating family learning environment. These are important prerequisites for making the most of life, be it professionally or privately.

Elena Budjukova is originally from Tomsk (RU) and is responsible for the Russian part of the curriculum at BELLS-Privatschule. She is also responsible for the IZ Association for Slavic Studies. She has been living in Switzerland since 2006 and has first-hand knowledge of the Russian-speaking community in Switzerland, their living conditions and their particular expectations.

She studied Russian, Russian and world literature and school psychology at the Philological Faculty of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University. She also has many years of teaching experience, including at the Tomsk Pedagogical University.

As a sportswoman, she has been practising rhythmic gymnastics at the highest level for several years, and has been awarded the title of "Master of Sports".
